Salted Caramel Pumpkin Chai Latte

Indulge in the cozy flavors of fall with this Paleo-friendly Salted Caramel Pumpkin Chai Latte. Its a delightful blend of chai spices, pumpkin, and a touch of coconut caramel sweetness, perfect for sipping on a chilly day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed chai tea
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Pour some chai tea into a cup and set it aside

Pumpkin puree, coconut sugar, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and a small pinch of sea salt should all be combined in a saucepan

Set the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, for approximately five minutes, or until the mixture is well combined and heated through

To allow the flavors to meld, add the brewed chai tea to the pumpkin mixture and cook for an additional two to three minutes

Add the vanilla extract and coconut milk and stir

Stirring from time to time, heat the latte until its hot but not boiling

Take the latte off the burner as soon as it reaches your desired temperature and transfer it into a mug

Optional: Add a little more coconut sugar for sweetness and sea salt for a hint of salted caramel
