This paleo-friendly recipe for overnight oats is bursting with the flavors of fresh orange juice and dried cranberries. Its a delicious and nutritious breakfast option that can be prepared ahead of time, making busy mornings a breeze.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • Zest of 1 orange

Instructions:

In a jar or bowl, combine almond milk, rolled oats, orange juice, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt

Stir until well combined

Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours

In the morning, stir in dried cranberries and orange zest before serving
