Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken is a light and refreshing dish perfect for summer. The combination of zesty lemon and aromatic herbs creates a flavorful marinade that infuses the chicken with delicious taste. This dish is healthy, easy to make, and ideal for outdoor grilling.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Spices like oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper should be mixed together in a small bowl with olive oil

Put chicken breasts in a shallow dish and cover them with the marinade

Make sure the chicken is coated all over

Put the meat in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours to marinate

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level

Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade

Cook the chicken on the grill for about seven to eight minutes on each side, or until its done and the juices run clear

The cooking time may change based on how thick the chicken breasts are

After the chicken is done, take it off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes

Add fresh parsley on top and serve hot
