Ingredients:
- 1 cup couscous
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C
Bring the vegetable broth to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan
Add the couscous, mix it in, cover, and take it off the heat
After 5 minutes, use a fork to fluff it up
The broccoli florets should be steamed in a different saucepan for about 5 minutes, or until they are soft
