Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour such as almond flour or rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or ghee
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet
Gluten-free flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl
Coat each chicken bite evenly with the flour mixture, then put them on the baking sheet that has been prepared
Chicken bites should be baked in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are cooked all the way through and are crispy
Melt the butter or ghee in a small saucepan
Add the honey or maple syrup and apple cider vinegar
Mix the ingredients together while the chicken is baking
Put the pan on low heat and stir the ingredients together until the butter melts
When the chicken bites are done, take them out of the oven and coat them all over with buffalo sauce
If you want, you can serve it hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side
