Mandarin Orange Chicken Pasta Salad

A refreshing and flavorful pasta salad featuring tender chicken, sweet mandarin oranges, crunchy almonds, and a tangy Asian-inspired dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:

You can put cooked chicken, cooled pasta, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, green onions, and cilantro in a large bowl

To make the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil in a separate small bowl

Cover the chicken and pasta with the dressing

Toss gently until everything is covered all over

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can mix

Enjoy Serve cold
