Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins, sliced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 Cuban bread rolls or baguette
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 16 pickle slices
- Yellow mustard to taste
- 4 slices ham
Instructions:
Put orange juice, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Make sure the pork tenderloins are well covered when you add them to the marinade
Let it sit for at least 30 minutes
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat
When the pork slices are fully cooked and golden brown, they are done
Cut the Cuban rolls or baguettes into thin slices and toast them a little
Put the sandwiches together by putting Swiss cheese on the bottom half of the bread, then the cooked pork slices, pickle slices, mustard, and ham
Put the other half of the bread on top and press the sandwich together
