This is a fun take on regular brownies. Campfire Rocky Road Brownies have gooey marshmallows, crunchy graham crackers, and rich chocolate chips that taste like smores.
Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows for topping
Instructions:
Warm your oven up to the temperature written on the box of brownie mix
Follow the directions on the package to make the brownie batter
If you want to add nuts, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, or crushed graham crackers, do so now
Put the batter into a baking pan that has been greased
Add the rest of the mini marshmallows on top of the batter
In a hot oven, bake the brownie mix for the amount of time written on the box, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean
Let the brownies cool down before cutting them up and serving them
