Bacon Cheeseburger Meatballs

These gluten-free bacon cheeseburger meatballs are a delicious twist on a classic favorite. They are packed with flavor from the bacon, cheese, and seasonings, making them a perfect appetizer or main dish for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them well

Put the meatballs, which should be about an inch across, on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper

Put the meatballs in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked all the way through

Add your favorite gluten-free burger toppings, like lettuce, tomato, and gluten-free sauces, and serve hot
