Healthy Pumpkin Pie Dip

This healthy pumpkin pie dip is a guilt-free indulgence perfect for fall gatherings or anytime youre craving a taste of pumpkin pie. Its creamy, flavorful, and pairs perfectly with your favorite dippers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup canned pure pumpkin
  • 1 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar not packed
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups light whipped topping thawed if frozen

Instructions:

There should be a medium-sized bowl where you mix the pumpkin, yogurt, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt together until everything is well mixed

Add the whipped topping slowly and carefully until it is fully mixed in

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on before serving

You can eat it with apple slices, graham crackers, or any other dippers you like
